Happy Second Birthday Colby
On Colby's B-day it was so nice and warm outside so I took and Colby and Sara to a picnic @ Rossi's place. It was so fun to see all my old friends. Colby and Syd are just going for a little ride. Thanks Amy for such a great day.
Sara loved the sun!
I can't believe that Sara is old enough to start solid food. I was really hoping that alittle solid food would help her sleep through the night--NO LUCK!! I guess I'll just keep getting up every couple hours.
We had so much fun over conference weekend. My parents came down and hung out with us. Colby loved playing w/ Papa Delvin. Two peas in a pod. Sara loved wearing these play glasses. She'd start crying anytime someone took them off her--I don't know maybe she can see better with them.

Tagged
So my sister tagged me--which means that I'll have to answer to her until I do it so I figure I'll just get it out of the way.
10 years ago....I was a sophomore in college, I was applying for nursing school-and trying to come up with a back up plan if I didn't get in, I was living w/ a 92 year old woman named Bessie(helping take care of her), I was working as a CNA and @ ISU as an aerobics instructor.
5 things on my To Do list today.....
1. finish painting our bathroom
2. scrub red juice out of our carpet
3. feed Colby lunch (it's 3:30 where does the time go)
4. clean house
5. make dinner--or just heat up leftovers:)
If I became a Billionaire....
I'd buy a 500 unit apartment complex, I'd buy our own Suburban so we could give Gary and Cynthia theirs back, I'd give some to my family--and let them do whatever they wanted with it, I'd put some into saving for Colby and Sara's future, Jordan and I might hire out our projects instead of doing them ourselves, I'd buy a house on a lake with a water garage for our boat and boat all the time, I'd start an adoption agency that made it easier for good people to get babies.
5 Jobs I've had.....
1. Mother
2. Nurse in the Surgical Intensive Care Unit
3. A Rehabilitation specialist
4. CNA for the amazing Veterans of our Country
5. Checker @ good old Lew & Dan's in Soda Springs
5 of my secret bad habits.....
1. I eat junk food between 4 and 5pm almost everyday
2. I can't ask for help (even when I really need it)
3. When I get really frustrated with my children, I growl @ them (don't laugh it's a very effective coping mechanism:)
4. I have a hard time saying sorry first (thank goodness for Jordan and his willingness to apologize first)
5. I'm very bad speller, I'd be lost without spellcheck and Jordan
5 places I have lived.....
1. Wanship, Ut
2. Salt Lake City, Ut
3. Holladay, Ut
4. Pocatello, Id
5. Soda Springs, Id
5 things people might not know about me.....
1. I sing pretty much anytime there is music playing (sometimes even if I don't know the words)
2. My first car was a 89 Turbo Thunderbird Coupe, I LOVE IT!!!
3. I graduated from College with no debt
4. My favorite part about having babies is Labor, yep you heard me LABOR.
5. I shake my leg up & down when I'm listening to a lecture--it helps me pay attention
I tag Ryan & Heather, and Brit & Jen--Love you guys

Yephee-we finished the Kitchen!
These pictures of Colby and Sara were taken on Sara's blessing day. Aunt Melissa took them--she is such a good photographer. We love having someone in the family that can take such amazing pictures.
Last summer our neighbor gave us one of those old bouncing horses. Well today Colby climbed under the horse with his favorite screwdriver and fixed the horses belly. It started to nay and make galloping noises. I had no idea that this old horse could do such a thing. Colby James you are so smart! Mar 17, 2008
Love Bugs
As many of you know Colby has a bear that he absolutely loves, I mean can't live without. Well I think our little Princess is following in his footsteps.

Liv'n in a MESS!
Jordan and I are @ it again. We decided along with putting up new baseboards we should fix up our kitchen also. These pictures don't quite do it justice put we are without a kitchen sink and a dishwasher. It's amazing our you take things for granted until you don't have them. Hopefully we'll have the kitchen up and running soon. I am really excited for the finished product.
I love the Baseboards. I'm sure that I'm bias because I picked them out and my husband did the work, but I think they look great! I love finishing projects and seeing the result.
Pretty girl smiling for the camera. Sara is such a little sweetheart.
Thank you Howard (Jordan's Grandpa). He built this dresser many years ago and now me and my family get to enjoy it. I've spent the last couple weeks removing paint, sanding, repainting, and here is the finished product. So precious, I love it.
